This new hormone regimen is not working out
About 2 months ago, my doctor changed up my hormone regimen. My levels at the time were too high, so she switched me from weekly estrogen injections to biweekly. I had some concerns about this change at the time however, I decided to at least give it a try (More on those concerns). First voice therapy session
I had my first transgender voice therapy appointment earlier this week and it went decently.
My first estradiol injection
I gave myself my first estradiol injection earlier this week and it went really well.
Issues with the pharmacy, again
Early in my transition, I had a lot of problems getting my hormones from my pharmacy. Prescriptions would disappear, estrogen would be “out of supply” for weeks, and medication would need to be “confirmed” every time I got a refill. Now, I am having trouble again.
